Return & Exchange Policy
At Belita Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain fairness for both our customers and our brand, please adhere to the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit.
Wrong Product: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.
Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Color Variation: Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography lighting are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Plating & Manufacturing Note
Please note that during the plating process, the screw remains inside the jewelry, which causes blackening on the screw side. This is a natural part of the manufacturing process and will not pose any skin problem. Such instances are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To validate any claim for damage, wrong product, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory:
The video must be a clear, 360-degree uncut recording starting from the sealed package until the product is revealed.
The damage or discrepancy must be clearly visible in the video.
Note: Without a valid, continuous unboxing video, complaints, refunds, or exchange requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Return & Exchange Process
Once your request is approved via WhatsApp based on your unboxing video:
Shipping Method: You must send the parcel via your nearest India Post to the address mentioned on your invoice.
Proof of Shipping: You must share the return tracking slip/receipt with our support team via WhatsApp at +91 8100540550.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.
5. Refunds & Deductions
Error by Belita Jewels: If the return is due to a mistake from our side (e.g., wrong product sent or damaged item), we will provide a FULL REFUND of the entire order amount. No deductions will be applied.
Other Returns: For all other approved returns, the original packing and shipping charges (as per the courier service used) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Mode: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product passes our quality check.
6. Re-delivery & Exchange Charges
Error by Belita Jewels: If the exchange is due to a mistake from our side, the re-delivery shipping will be FREE.
Error by Customer: If the exchange is due to a customer choice or mistake (e.g., incorrect address or wrong product selected), a re-delivery charge of ₹50 will be applicable. This fee must be paid before we dispatch the replacement item.
